For Tiffine Service Providers
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Tiffine Service Provider Application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.
Definitions
- App: Tiffine Service Provider Application
- Provider: Registered tiffin service providers
- Customer: Individuals subscribing to tiffin services
- Subscription: Paid access after free trial
- Service: Features offered through the App
Account Registration & Verification
Providers must register using accurate business details. Email verification via OTP is mandatory. Each provider may maintain only one active account and is responsible for account security.
Subscription Terms
- 7-day free trial for new providers
- Paid subscription via Razorpay after trial
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Pricing changes with 30-day notice
Provider Responsibilities
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Comply with local food safety regulations
- Handle customer data confidentially
- Respond to customer queries within 24 hours
- Keep menus and availability updated
Billing & Payments
Providers are responsible for generating accurate bills and collecting payments from customers. App provides Service but is not liable for billing errors.

Provider Agreement
By using the Tiffine Provider App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and will maintain professional standards at all times.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts, Gujarat, India.
