The Application allows customers to view daily menus shared by their tiffin provider, submit meal responses, view menu history, track monthly billing, and view basic profile details.

Login Credentials

Customer accounts are created by the registered tiffin provider. Login credentials are securely shared with customers via their registered email.

The Lichi platform does not independently create or sell customer accounts.

Daily Menu Response Policy

The Lichi Customer Application operates on a response-based meal confirmation system. Customers are expected to respond to the daily menu shared by their tiffin provider within the allowed response time.

Auto-Confirmation Rule:
If a customer does not submit a response for the daily menu within the allowed time, the system will automatically treat the response as "YES". The tiffin will be prepared and counted for billing purpose.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must mark "NO" if they do not wish to receive tiffin for the day
  • Failure to respond is treated as confirmation for the meal
  • Auto-confirmed meals are included in billing
  • This system helps providers plan food preparation efficiently

Billing Information

Monthly bills are generated by your tiffin provider based on daily responses, including auto-confirmed meals.

Once a meal is confirmed (manually or automatically), it may be included in billing and cannot be disputed later.

The Lichi Application does not store sensitive payment or card information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent customer data. Information is shared only with:

  • Your registered tiffin provider only

Your personal information is used strictly for providing tiffin-related services and is not shared with any third party.

Data Security
