Lichi – Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lichi Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Lichi Application.
About the Lichi Application
The Lichi Application allows customers to view daily menus shared by their registered tiffin provider, submit meal responses, view menu history, and track monthly billing information.
Account Access
- Customer accounts are created and managed by the tiffin provider
- Customers cannot create accounts independently
- Login credentials are shared by the provider
- Customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure
Menu Viewing & Responses
Daily menus are prepared and shared by your tiffin provider. Customers may respond to the menu by selecting "YES" or "NO".
Auto-Confirmation Rule:
If no response is submitted within the allowed time, the system will
automatically consider the response as "YES".
The meal will be prepared and counted for billing.
Customer Responsibility
- Mark "NO" if you do not want the tiffin for the day
- Failure to respond is treated as meal confirmation
- Confirmed meals cannot be disputed later
- Ensure timely responses to avoid unwanted billing
Billing & Payments
Monthly billing is handled entirely by your tiffin provider. The Lichi Application only displays billing information provided by the provider.
- Billing is based on daily responses, including auto-confirmed meals
- The application does not collect or process payments
- Any billing disputes must be raised directly with the provider
Data Usage
Customer data shown in the application is provided and managed by the registered tiffin provider. Customers can only view their data.
- Customers cannot edit or delete data directly
- All data changes are handled by the provider
Application Usage Guidelines
- Use the application only for its intended purpose
- Do not misuse or attempt to manipulate application features
- Do not share login credentials with others
- Do not engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
Service Availability
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, the application may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
- Lichi is not responsible for food quality or delivery issues
- Lichi is not responsible for provider billing disputes
- Lichi does not guarantee daily service availability
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application means acceptance of updated terms.
